We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and logistics and are eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients with their shipping needs.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping schedules, tracking information, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance the customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Keep customers informed about shipping regulations, service updates, and promotional offers.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics, shipping, or supply chain sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
