Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming and esports products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Offer guidance and information about gaming features and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in gaming or esports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of the esports industry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and gaming platforms is a plus.
