Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding logistics and shipping inquiries.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering questions related to logistics services.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed on logistics processes and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Actively seek feedback to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
