Responsibilities- Offer comprehensive customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping status, logistics processes, and service options.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and address operational challenges.
- Stay informed about logistics trends and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
