We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Logistics & Shipping Department. This position is based in Athens, Greece, and is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing information on shipping policies and procedures.
- Effectively handle customer complaints to ensure a positive client experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal logistics teams to address complex customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and practices to provide accurate information to clients.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement of service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as needed.
