As a key part of the team, you will assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and ensure their logistics and shipping needs are met effectively. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to logistics and shipping.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Educate customers on shipping processes, timelines, and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping software is a plus.
