Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and detailed product information.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, driving growth within the logistics services sector.
- Conduct needs analyses with clients to ensure effective solutions tailored to their logistics requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance services and develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the logistics or related fields, is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
