In this important role, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries related to shipping and logistics services, ensuring they receive the assistance and information necessary for a smooth experience. Become part of a dedicated team and leverage your language skills to enhance customer satisfaction in the logistics industry
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and shipping services, offering solutions and guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry practices and improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer support, especially in logistics or shipping, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
