We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics and customer service, and who excel in assisting Nordic-speaking clients with their shipping needs.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about shipments, tracking, delivery times, and service options.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to optimize satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate services and address client needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about shipping regulations and best practices to provide accurate guidance.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of services and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or shipping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
