Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking gamers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, accounts, and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and continually enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with gaming trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- A strong interest in gaming and e-sports.
- Experience in customer support is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
