Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation to Czech-speaking clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Assist clients in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising performance.
  • Analyze client data and performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for search engine usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of client strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
