Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.
