In this position, you will support Czech-speaking customers by assisting them with their inquiries and concerns related to transportation services. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping clients make the most of their travel experiences. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and related questions.
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on services and improve your skills.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and enhance the support experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- No previous experience is necessary; willingness to learn is essential.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to help customers.
- Willingness to embrace a remote working environment and live in Greece.
