In this lively role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with their transportation inquiries and ensuring their experiences are smooth and enjoyable. Your Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, making their journeys as seamless as possible.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Guide clients through our transportation offerings, offering tailored advice to enhance their travel plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for ongoing improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment and share innovative ideas.
- Engage in continuous learning through training sessions about our services and the travel industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English is required.
- A strong passion for customer service, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer service or the transportation sector is an advantage but not necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to easily build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
