Your Amazing Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their transportation needs are met with enthusiasm.
- Resolve inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently, making sure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Educate clients on our transportation services and provide helpful recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately, contributing to our mission of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, creating a positive and innovative workplace.
- Participate in fun training sessions to develop your skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language ( Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English is a must
- A passion for customer service and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Previous experience in customer service or the transportation industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace the vibrant culture of Athens.
