We are currently recruiting a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about luxury retail and wish to provide an exceptional customer experience to Czech-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding luxury products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and ordering processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring a luxurious and satisfactory resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convey promotional information and special collections to customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and brand initiatives to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or high-end brand environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong understanding of luxury products and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
  • Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
