Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries effectively, providing clear and accurate information about tech products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and updates within the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
- Contribute ideas for service improvements and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the tech sector, is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and customer support tools.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a new cultural setting.
