Responsibilities
  • Deliver superb customer support to Slovakian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate assistance to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovakian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to experience and embrace a new culture.
