Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Slovakian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in training sessions to remain informed about company products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve client experience.
  • Contribute positively to a team environment and support colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovakian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • A reliable team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
