Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients regarding electronic products and services.
- Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with new products and services within the electronics sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

- Background or interest in electronics or technology is preferred.
