Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Fashion & Apparel Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion and have a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, order placements, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to facilitate seamless order processing and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and products to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Promote a positive brand image and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of customer preferences.
