This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional service to French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel and tour packages, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records within the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, popular destinations, and current tour offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.
- Promote positive customer relationships through effective communication and tailored assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A passion for travel and helping customers plan memorable experiences.
