As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries about travel packages, ensure smooth bookings, and provide a delightful experience throughout their journey planning. Join our dynamic team and help us create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel and tour packages, ensuring they receive all necessary information.
- Handle bookings and modifications promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
- Document all customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic travel environment
