SOME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN A REMOTE SETTING, BUT RELOCATION TO GREECE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken; English proficiency is also required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- A positive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and grow in a new cultural setting.
