Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Address inquiries related to public transport services and assist with ticketing and scheduling.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate improved services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about service updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Passion for customer service and commitment to helping others.
- Experience in a customer service role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries calmly and effectively.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
