This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional support and enhancing the travel experience for French-speaking passengers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to public transport routes, schedules, ticket purchasing, and travel information.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update records within the company's systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer feedback effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest transport updates, policies, and initiatives to provide accurate assistance.
- Promote a positive travel experience by engaging with customers warmly and professionally.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the public transport or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively resolve issues and provide helpful solutions.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for helping others and enhancing the customer experience.
