This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about beauty and skincare and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and skincare advice.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company's system.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends, products, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address specific concerns.
  • Promote a positive and engaging customer experience while embodying the brand's values.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products.
