Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and order-related queries.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings and trends in the beauty and skincare industry.

Requirements

  • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide thoughtful solutions and recommendations.
