Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Guide customers through product selection, providing personalized recommendations based on their skin types and beauty needs.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings, promotions, and skincare trends.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and support the team in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, along with a willingness to learn about new trends.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
