Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure complete customer records.
- Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement service improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Proactively contribute ideas for process optimization and better customer engagement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
