Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly for service improvement and quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve performance targets.
- Engage in training sessions to continually update product knowledge and enhance service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong interest in electronics and technology.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Willingness to work in Greece and embrace the local culture.
