Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Guide customers through the use of products and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest products, features, and technology trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in electronic products and technology is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and customer management software.
