Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions regarding electronic products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings to ensure accurate and helpful support.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve customer service strategies.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Offer suggestions for improving processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about new products and tech trends.
