Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a prestigious electronics company. If you are fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish and have a passion for technology, this role is perfect for you Based in Athens, Greece, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing top-notch support and contributing to an exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer communications for effective service continuity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in regular training to stay updated on product offerings and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is mandatory.
- Strong passion for customer service and technology.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
- A love for electronics and a desire to help customers get the most out of their products
