This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to providing outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products, troubleshooting, and service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to assist customers with complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience, enhancing the company's reputation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer inquiries successfully.
- Proficient in customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in electronics and a desire to help customers with their technological needs.
