Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer queries and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and technology.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and with a positive approach.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural environment in Greece.
- A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced and friendly team
