Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues regarding accommodations and services.
- Maintain a warm and professional demeanor in every customer interaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance standards and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
