In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to grocery orders, delivery logistics, and service features. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their grocery orders, delivery status, and service policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed about product availability, promotions, and company policies to provide precise information.
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the grocery or delivery service sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple inquiries.
