This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about grocery services and dedicated to providing top-notch support to Spanish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to grocery orders, delivery schedules, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Stay informed about promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or food delivery sector.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in grocery services and a desire to help customers.
