Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Grocery Delivery Services Department. This role is essential for ensuring that our French-speaking customers receive exceptional support and assistance with their grocery delivery needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to grocery orders and delivery services.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking of deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Stay updated on product availability, promotions, and service enhancements to better assist customers.
- Promote a friendly and approachable environment, making customers feel valued and supported.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or delivery sectors.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
