Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to grocery delivery services and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service and support improvements.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about the products and services offered.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
- Strong team player who is flexible and willing to learn.
