Responsibilities
  • Provide professional technical support and advice to Dutch-speaking customers via various communication channels.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and improve customer service skills.
  • Engage in team meetings to share insights and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to the brand.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical skills and an understanding of technology products.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical role is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
