Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database.
- Stay updated on product offerings and service changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Promote a positive image of the company through all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or tech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
