Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Log and document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to helping clients.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications, is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay professional and composed in fast-paced situations.
