We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Bookstore Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for literature and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking customers regarding online orders, product inquiries, and account assistance through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with issues related to order processing, shipping, returns, and payment inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and monitor follow-up issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated on new and popular book releases, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
