We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the logistics and shipping industry.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, managing delivery schedules, and handling service-related questions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless logistics experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to address customer needs effectively.
- Keep customers informed about shipping policies, rates, and any potential delays.
- Gather feedback from customers to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the logistics or shipping sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
