In this engaging position, you will assist French-speaking users with their inquiries and issues regarding our dating and social networking applications, ensuring they have the best possible experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking users through various communication channels.
  • Assist users with inquiries about the functionality of our dating and social networking apps.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure service level objectives are met and user satisfaction is achieved.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with app features and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in the tech or social networking sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in dating and social networking trends is an advantage.
