Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking users across various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to dating and social networking apps.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of our products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A genuine interest in social networking, dating apps, and technology.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
