Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and support processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and embrace the local culture.
