Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints to foster a positive experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and enhance your customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to share feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and uphold company values in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service skills and a dedication to helping others.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in Athens, Greece.
